Yes it can be right! You've been working your tail off. Once you start training and working out regularly, it can really fly off.

If you re-weigh yourself later, it won't be consistent, since you may have eaten, and body weight can fluctuate throughout the day.

Take it for what it is...a well-deserved FANTASTIC week! Congratulations!

I'd like to design my own motivational scale that shouted obscenities or screamed at random intervals. When you get to week 53, maybe we can discuss it. Think about it.
