Total: 31 lbs lost
Only 2 pounds again this week, but that's right about where I'm supposed to be anyway.
And OK, I'm starting to see the difference in the pictures now.
My goal is not to lose 156 pounds in a year. It's to lose 3 pounds this week.

31 POUNDS!! Ryan you are doing awesome!!! Yes, I agree, you can definatley see a difference from week to week! Isn't that great? Is the lifestyle change any getting easier?
Great job! I'm glad you can finally SEE the changes! Look at how different your shirt looks in this picture, compared to a few weeks ago--it is amazing!
I'm at a point where i'm sick of looking the way i do, but but i have no idea how to find time to do anything about it. I can't even find time to make a grocery list right now, let alone actually shop, or find time to work out.
Ryan--Are you ready to be a motivational coach yet? I think I need you to start calling me to nag me about working out.
