Current Weight: 315 lbs
Change: 4 lbs lost
Total: 45 lbs lost

So far, I'm averaging 3.75 lbs per week. If that keeps up, I should hit 200lbs by early November. I can certainly live with that.

Hello Ryan!! My name is Renee. Your Cousin Amy and my sis (Beth) are close friends. My sis forwarded your email you sent out thinking I might be interested in your progress. I am!! You are doing an awesome job!! Wow, what a difference already! I too have been down the weight loss road. I have lost and regained more weight then I need to loose. I will be checking in weekly to see your progress and may do something like this to get me loosing again to. Thanks for being an inspiration!!
