When I left for vacation, I promised myself I wouldn't get sunburned. Fat lot of good that did.
Hey, one pound down isn't too bad, considering I wasn't following my diet this past week. I've now officially hit the three-quarter mark. Only forty more pounds to go!

You really are looking fantastic--and happy! I can tell the vacation did you a lot of good. Lillie wanted to know why we didn't get to go with you.
By the way, the girls love their stuffed animals--although they've traded. Lillie has the "pineapple bear" as she's calling it, and Milayna has the monkey. The hands and feet have velcro on them, so she's been running around with the little monkey wrapped around her neck and waist like she's giving it a piggyback ride. Funny!
