Ryan - Week 39

I'm beginning to see these pictures, and I guess myself, differently. Instead of looking at the picture and seeing a thinner Ryan, I'm starting to see just a thin Ryan. I'm not sure when I made that transition, but I like it.

So i've been thinkin, and maybe you've already commented on this and if so I'm sorry, but since it's obvious that you're going to reach your goal soon, have you made any further, long-term goals? Once you are there, are you gonna keep working out X days, or lose more? Are you working on toning now or will that be maybe a long-term goal? Just curious what your maintenance goals are.
