I had an official weigh-in at the gym today. Figured I may as well post it, since I feel really good about this one. And it's not just the 3lbs-in-3-days thing. When I started working with the trainer, we set a short-term goal of 20 lbs in 10 weeks. With this weigh-in, we hit that goal (well, almost: 19 lbs) in just 5.
Also: I got a new scale. Mechanical instead of digital, so hopefully it'll be a bit more accurate.

That looks better. I think the battery in my bathroom scale might be going dead. It gave wonky readings the last time it was low. And I have an easier time believing a 5lb loss than a 22lb one.Previous Weight: 329 lbs
