Just a few things to put in the "win" column:
- Let's hear it for Ms Know-it-All, who I know not only made time to work out this week, but did it after a very late night.
- Between the two of us, we've apparently guilt-tripped Mel into going back to the gym.

Thank you very much. I'm quite proud of myself for that. Especially because when I stepped off the treadmill, I was so lightheaded I almost fell over. What did I learn?
Drinking until 2 a.m. + sweating on a treadmill at 9:30 a.m. = bad combination.
Working out with Ryan on Sunday morning made me realize something. It's not as bad as I always psych myself up to think it's going to be. I tend to be a pretty positive person, but if I'm scared to do something, I'm really good at convincing myself how terrible it's going to be, therefore giving me excuses not to do it. Now that I realize that, it's time to get over it.
Now, if I could just get away with duct-taping my kids to the wall of the gym while I work out uninterrupted, I'll be set.
I'm done drinking for a while, by the way. I've had way too many parties to attend lately. It's really bad for the diet.
