Yeah, yeah. I forgot to weigh in. My brother the expert's going to be spending the weekend with me, so maybe his discipline and healthy habits will inspire me--or otherwise he'll just be kicking my butt all weekend.

Well, I decided after a long weekend with my bro and sis, and the fact that when Jen called me Sunday morning and said "I worked out with Ryan this morning" and my response was "What the hell for?", that MAYBE I need to also look into my "fitness habits." I say habits, not goals, because I'm not really one for goals. I re-activated my account at Anytime fitness today (see how bad I really am? I actually had a membership and quit. Hee hee hee). I'm gonna start working out, too, but I'm not doing any of this weigh-in stuff. I'm not much for commitment, either.
